Development Concepts
Development Concepts is an urban planning and real estate development consulting firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since 1991 over one billion dollars of investment throughout the country has resulted from Development Concepts’ work.
Despite the company’s impressive history and wealth of expertise, its old website did a poor job of telling this story. The old website was difficult to maintain and always appeared out-of-date. Development Concepts needed an easy-to-use website explaining the company’s services, highlighting past work, updating current clients, and engaging visitors.
I tailored a website meeting Development Concepts’ specific needs. The site stresses the company’s four core services while highlighting its past work. Current clients are able to read about their ongoing project and download important project files in a special Client Communication section. Site visitors are encouraged to stay up-to-date with the company through an existing email newsletter that was incorporated into the site. The entire site was built with a content management system so that Development Concepts staff can easily update the site whenever they need to.
